Calls begin and end at the scheduled time.
Late arrival does not extend the call.
Missed calls are non-refundable.
No-shows are non-refundable.A customer is considered a no-show if they fail to join within 10 minutes of the scheduled start time.
Quiet Garden may end or decline a call if the customer is abusive, inappropriate, violates boundaries, records without permission, or violates these Terms.

Using a working device

Accessing delivered materials within the available access period

Customer technology issues
